Product & Compatibility
What types of refrigerants do you supply, and what are their primary applications?
We supply a wide range of premium refrigerants, including R134a, R410A, R404A, R407C, and R22. These are widely used in automotive air conditioning, commercial refrigeration, residential HVAC systems, and industrial cooling.
Where can I find product specifications and purity information?
Product specifications are provided on the applicable product page, cylinder label, Safety Data Sheet (SDS), and other available product documentation.
How is the net weight of a cylinder identified?
The advertised net refrigerant weight is stated on the product page and cylinder label. If an unopened cylinder appears inconsistent with the advertised specification, please do not use it. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos so that we can review the issue under our Refund Policy.
Do you sell virgin or reclaimed refrigerant?
The product type and condition are stated on each product page. Unless a product page specifically identifies a product as reclaimed refrigerant, the refrigerant is sold as new or virgin product in a sealed cylinder.
How should refrigerant cylinders be handled during shipping and storage?
Refrigerant cylinders are inspected before shipment and shipped with the applicable valve protection and protective cap in place. After delivery, cylinders should be kept upright and secured in a dry, well-ventilated area in accordance with the cylinder label and product-specific Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
These precautions help reduce transportation and storage risks, but no process can eliminate all risk. If a cylinder arrives damaged or leaking, do not use or return it without first contacting CRefri for instructions.
Who is eligible to purchase refrigerants from your website?
Purchases are subject to applicable EPA sales restrictions. Depending on the product and intended use, purchasers may need to provide proof of Section 608/609 certification, employer authorization, or resale documentation prior to order fulfillment.
How do I register an account on your website?
Registration is incredibly quick and simple. You only need to provide your email address to create an account and start browsing.
What information do I need to provide when placing an order?
You will need to provide your full name, shipping address, telephone number, email address, and billing information. Depending on the product and applicable regulations, we may also request technician certification, business information, resale documentation, or other eligibility documents before processing the order.
Can I buy multiple types of gas in a single order?
Yes, you can freely browse our store and mix different refrigerant models in one single transaction according to your practical needs.
What payment methods do you accept for online orders?
We accept all major secure payment options, including PayPal, credit cards, AlphaPay, as well as Bank Wire Transfers (T/T) for large wholesale operations.
How can I modify or cancel my order after checkout?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order. We can cancel an order for a full refund only if it has not entered processing or shipment preparation. Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after an order has been submitted and cannot be made after shipment.
Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for commercial pricing?
Minimum order quantities and volume pricing vary by product. Volume pricing may be available beginning at 10 cylinders, while larger wholesale, pallet, and custom orders may require a separate quotation. Please refer to the applicable product page or contact us for confirmation.
Can I place a mixed pallet order with different refrigerant types?
Yes, we support mixed orders. You can combine R134a, R410A, and other gases on a single pallet to maximize your inventory while saving on shipping.
Can I get a formal quotation for bulk container orders?
Yes, our sales team can provide formal Proforma Invoices (PI) and customized commercial quotes for large-scale procurement.
Can I split a single order to be sent to two different job site addresses?
A single online checkout can only process one shipping address. If you need to supply two different locations, please place separate orders or contact our team via the on-site messenger to coordinate custom logistics.
Do you supply local distributors who resell to HVAC technicians?
Yes, a significant portion of our business involves supplying local US distributors with reliable, high-purity stock for resale.
If I want to buy a very large volume (e.g., multiple pallets), how do I secure the best wholesale rate?
For bulk pallet orders, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team via email or our on-site live support. We can check our live US warehouse inventory and provide a customized wholesale invoice with optimized tier pricing.
Where do you ship from, and what is the typical delivery time?
We maintain fully-stocked local warehouses right inside the United States. Because your goods are already local, orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 4–6 business days (including processing time).
Will my shipment be tracked during transit?
Yes, as soon as the carrier picks up your order from our US warehouse, we will email you a tracking number or Freight Bill of Lading (BOL) so you can monitor the shipment.
Do you ship to residential addresses and job sites?
Eligible residential addresses, commercial addresses, and job sites may be supported depending on the product, order size, destination, and carrier availability.
What should I do if a cylinder is damaged or leaking upon arrival?
Please inspect the shipment before signing the driver's receipt. If there is visible damage, note it on the BOL, take clear photos/videos, and contact our customer service team immediately.
Do I have to handle international customs clearance when ordering from this site?
No, you do not. Since our inventory is already imported and safely stored in our US warehouses, it functions just like a domestic purchase—no customs clearance required for you.
What is your return policy for refrigerant gases?
Eligible customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery.
For an unopened and unused product returned for a non-defective reason, please contact us for authorization and the designated return warehouse. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for compliant return transportation. We do not charge a restocking fee.
For a product that arrives damaged, leaking, defective, incorrect, or in an uncertain safety condition, do not ship it without our written instructions. Submit your order number and clear photographs or videos. After we review the evidence and confirm that the claim is eligible, you may choose either a refund to the original payment method or a replacement product at no additional cost, subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
CRefri will determine whether the affected product must be returned. If a return is required, we will arrange or provide the appropriate transportation and cover the authorized return cost.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete eligibility requirements, timelines, and instructions.
How do I handle a dispute if I suspect a weight discrepancy?
We back our products 100%. If you suspect an issue, please place the factory-sealed, unused cylinder on a calibrated scale, take a photo showing the weight, and send it to us for a prompt solution.
Where can I download the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for your products?
You can download the full SDS documentation for all our regular factory gases (R134a, R410A, etc.) directly from the product detail pages or by contacting our team.
Are your cylinders safe and pressure-tested?
Our cylinders are sourced and handled in accordance with applicable product and transportation requirements. Customers should inspect each cylinder upon delivery and follow the product label, SDS, and all applicable handling and storage requirements.
How should refrigerant cylinders be stored?
Follow the product-specific SDS, cylinder label, applicable regulations, and manufacturer instructions. Cylinders should generally be kept upright and secured in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight, heat, flames, and other ignition sources. Do not rely on general website guidance in place of the applicable SDS.
Who do I contact if I receive the wrong type of refrigerant?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever reasonably possible and provide your order number and clear photographs of the product, product label, and shipping packaging. After we confirm that the incorrect product was sent, you may choose either a full refund to the original payment method or a replacement product at no additional cost, subject to availability. Do not ship the product back without our written authorization and return instructions. If a return is required, CRefri will arrange or provide the appropriate transportation and cover the authorized return cost.
